In the League Manager you would assign access to the league manager to individual users, list all registration dates & times. Update registration Fees. Turn On-Line Registration on & off, turn online payments on and off.

Add, edit and delete Association Board members, printout Pop Warner National Association Registration forms.

Communicate via email to individual groups or all groups at one time (coaches,board members or parents) or individiuals. Also maintains a record of all league emails sent. Also provides for file attachment to the email message.

In the Player Manager you can add, edit, delete and export all player information. You can also add, update or delete individual digital player pictures used on game day player forms.

Assign players individually or in groups to teams and printout team rosters.

Monitor the collection of all documents required by Pop Warner National (i.e. Birth Certificates, Doctors Notes, Report Cards etc..).

If the on-line registration is enabled 85% of the players information is already completed based on the Parents account information.

On Line registration payments using credits cards or e-checks can also be enabled. All payments handled by Pay Pal - Pay Pal account required.

Pay Pal charges a 2.9% +.30¢ per transaction fee, there is also a $1.50 per online registration handling fee paid by the parents which is payable by your association to USA Youth Football at the end of your registration period.
